Bullet Consulting provides professional technology, infrastructure, and cybersecurity consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any consulting engagement will be governed by a separate, mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific SOW/MSA, the terms of the SOW/MSA shall prevail.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
Introducing any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

Ownership of intellectual property created during the course of a consulting engagement (e.g., custom policies, network designs, security assessments) will be designated in the respective SOW or client agreement.

Both Bullet Consulting and our clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of business. Detailed non-disclosure obligations will be outlined in individual client agreements.
